NO. 1 is THE LEVEL OF DETAIL
With just a visual, it's apparent - the fine details we are able to design and manufacture are worth beholding. The fins, thin walls and complex geometries inside each of our Conflux Technology heat exchangers are the result of deep expertise in our specialist areas; heat exchange and additive manufacturing. Our custom build parameters enable us to achieve these sough-after thin structures while retaining strength and meet performance targets.

NO. 2 is POWDER REMOVAL
For those familiar with additive manufacturing and the impressive geometries, powder removal is a genuine challenge. The finer the details, the larger the problem. We have developed proprietary techniques keeping us in pole position when it comes to keeping our 3D printed heat exchangers powder free.
