Biography

After earning a degree in mechanical engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tokyo City University (formerly Musashi Institute of Technology), Koriyama experienced many years of micro-vehicle experiments, R&D and automobile engine design for overseas customers at Yamaha Motor and was the Project Manager of the Engine Control Unit at Bosch. 

During this time, he has visited many countries, and was also stationed in Germany, giving him an international outlook and bridging between Japanese and overseas customers. In Bosch, many JOEMs were visited, and new business successfully won.

At Conflux

Koriyama started his career with Conflux Technology as a Sales Engineer for the Asia/Japan region in April 2022. So far, he has visited many JOEMs, raising awareness and business opportunities for Conflux Technology. His core focus is on building trusting relationships with customers.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified on 2010 and Continuing Certification Requirement (CCR)
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Tokyo City University (formerly Musashi Institute of Technology)
  • 24 years at Yamaha motor Company, including 3 years micro car chassis experimental engineer for R&D, 1 year route sales, 1.5 years Chassis designer for R&D, 3 years Engine component designer for R&D, 15.5 years Engine component designer for Oversea OEMs.
  • 16 years at Bosch Japan as Engine Controller Unit Project Manager for customers of JOEM passenger cars and motorcycles.
