Lauren started her career at Qenos in the polymer manufacturing industry as a Graduate Technologist in product development. She then moved roles into the laboratory working on installing new laboratory equipment and performing quality assurance and quality control testing. Lauren has also worked in Technical Service supporting customer trials of new and improved products and resolving customer enquiries including complaints before moving into Quality Management.
Lauren has over 4 years’ experience as Quality System Leader. She has supported and led the maintenance and development of Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025. In this role Lauren coordinated customer complaints, raw material and quality non-conformance incident systems including implementing continuous improvements.
In July 2024 she joined Conflux as Quality Manager.
Lauren is responsible for maintaining and improving Conflux’s Quality Management System in-line with AS 9100 and ISO 9001 requirements. Alongside this, Lauren leads the development of business processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency whilst ensuring that compliance obligations are met. She is responsible for the on-going delivery of internal audits, non-conformity management, and quality control inspections as well as developing Quality Assurance strategies and initiatives.
