Andrew started his professional career at GE Aviation, in aircraft avionics manufacturing and repair. After completing various rotations around the business as part of his apprenticeship he moved into Quality Assurance and was responsible for development of the site Quality Management System and maintaining regulatory approvals. In 2017 Andrew moved into the third-party inspection and certification sector as a Management Systems Auditor for Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance; during which time he qualified as a Lead Auditor for ISO9001 and Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) for AS9100 and AS9120 standards.

In 2019 Andrew moved from the United Kingdom to Australia to take up the role of Senior Aerospace Auditor for the Australasia and Asia-Pacific region and was responsible for managing the certification programs of several major Aerospace/Defence primes.

After several years in third-party inspection and certification, Andrew joined Conflux Technology in order to broaden his skill set, and have the opportunity to apply what he learned from working with many successful manufacturing companies around the world.

Andrew in charge of maintaining and improving the company Quality Management System in-line with AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements. Alongside this Andrew leads the development of business processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency whilst ensuring that compliance obligations are met. He is responsible for the on-going delivery of internal audits and quality control inspections as well as developing Quality Assurance strategies and initiatives.
